The core components of the Air Bubble Water Spraying vegetable and fruit cleaning machine are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel one-piece molding process and have passed the ISO22000 food safety system certification. The patented wavy conveyor belt is equipped with special anti-corrosion treatment, with a 0.3mm precision gap and a 15° inclination design to ensure lossless transmission of food and efficient drainage. The intelligent variable frequency drive system supports 5-25 minutes of step-less adjustment, and cooperates with pressure sensors to achieve precise process control.
Innovatively integrate three-dimensional high-pressure spraying and micro-nano bubble generation technology to form a double cleaning matrix: the top 360° rotating nozzle achieves surface flushing with 2.5MPa water pressure, and the bottom array air pump generates 50μm ultra-fine bubbles, which can effectively decompose 98.7% of surface residues. According to SGS testing and certification, the removal rate of organophosphorus pesticides can reach 92.6%, and the killing rate of E. coli is 99.98%.
